The auditors are coming…. and all our files in the shared drive got wiped out. *Enter canned laughter*
Do you know what’s funnier?
Even the payroll file is clean—-as in empty. NADA. ZILCH.*drum beat plus cymbals*
IT people said one of the servers were down. They’ll “try” to “restore” the files. Yeah, I heard that one before. This means all the hard work I did for the past month was reset back to ZERO. I should have just stayed at home and plurk.
Now, that my dear friends, is what we call EPIC FAILURE.
So yeah, I think these happy pills are working just fine.
What’s more hilarious is that they pulled a prank on me. Not just any prank, a very preposterous one.
Can you keep a secret?? Yes??

so next time.. keep a copy of your work at home. I do that here sa office, although we ARE the IT department. It’s just that sometimes shit happens too, even on computers.
