…to my glowing, youthful skin –would have been a good opening question. Getting up in the morning, or rather the evening has its perks. The sun is down— you will not have tan lines nor bear with the strong glare of the Equatorial Sun. No…you embrace darkness which probably adds to your gloomy disposition. 

To add up to you smug, you have brief encounters with cretins of unknown origin. You continiously receive mind-numbing inquiries that would make you wonder “What on earth are these people smoking???”  I want some of that!

So yes, the secret to my acne outbreaks (like i’m about to hit puberty again) and this oh-so -jolly disposition is this— I LOVE LIFE but there are gazillion reasons why I should be slashing other people’s wrists and not mine.  Mediocre, restless and unused brains. People should start reading more—reading between the crooked lines, beyond fine prints and inedible inks.  Help me locate your Broca’s area!  I’ve been constantly having incoherent e-mail exchanges because of what??? you–trying sooooo hard to articulate in english. Hey, I speak and understand tagalog too you know! It’s okay, it’s not like you’ll get zapped into oblivion or anything for speaking in our own language. Why should there be a communication gap? Aren’t we one of the top bilingual countries in the world? Why do we try so hard to assimilate? We are so pathethic.
