TOP 5: TV THERAPY
December 3, 2011Obviously, Community is on top of the list but since we’re still trying to save Greendale hashtag #SaveGreendale and #Sixseasonsandamovie, I am rebounding on the following shows (most are new, dropped some of the other shows i used to watch):
1. Happy Endings - It’s gearing to be a runner up of Friends but more dysfunctional.Trying to get around the whole group’s chemistry. I’m just in season 1 so, I might as well just give it a chance. My favorite episode so far is Episode 7:Dave of the Dead. AMUH-ZING! You’ll get it. Watch it.
2. 2 Broke Girls - Not for anything. Okay, 2.broke.girls. Instantly, I could identify myself with Kat Dennings’ character but she’s more ruthless and cutthroat like Amber in House. From the producers of Sex and the City and yeah, Whitney (which I will not include in the list anymore), you’d be able to stand the namedropping of brands and yes, you will flip from the punchlines and witty comebacks of Max (Kat Dennings’ character).
3. UP All Night - Will Arnett, Christina Applegate and Mia Rudolf. An awesome threesome of relentless comedic relief. Plus Parenthood is not a walk in the park. But these 2 Will and Christina, make it look like a breeze.
4. Suburgatory - Think Mean Girls but slightly family-oriented. Think hot single dad and socially awkward teen daughter moving in the suburbs.
5. HIMYM - It’s getting better and better. And if only Ted Mosby and Marshall Eriksen are real, there would be less people like Robin Scherbatsky. Who am I kidding? I love them all.
Yeah, no heavy drama for me. There’s enough outside TV. ; )
